Read Text II to answer the following three questions.

In Brazil, the NCPs are directives elaborated by the Federal Government with the main objective of guiding the educators through the normatization of some fundamental factors concerning each discipline. These parameters cover both the public network and the private school network, according to the level of schooling of the students. Its goal is to guarantee students the right to enjoy the knowledge necessary for the exercise of citizenship. While not mandatory, NCPs serve as guiding principles for teachers, coordinators, and principals, who can adapt them to local peculiarities. They are nothing more than a reference for the transformation of objectives, contents and teaching didactics.

Because they cover many factors, the NCPs can be used for different purposes, depending on the context in which the school is inserted. Moreover, the way in which this document was structured enables educational professionals to begin their reading by different parties, without following an ordering. However, in time, educators must know it in full, in order to understand it and take ownership of its proposal.

In short, the NCPs should be part of the daily practice of pedagogy, being continually transformed by the teacher. With this, it is the task of the NCPs to review objectives, contents, forms of referral of activities, expectations of learning, ways of evaluating, as well as the orientation of teachers to prepare a plan that can, in fact, guide their work in the classroom of class. All to position educators as essential agents in this great undertaking that is the educational process. (Fonte: Disponível em: <https://www.cpt.com.br/>. Acesso em: 18 fev. 2019.)
