An analytical report published by UNESCO informs that one of the competencies designed by the BNCC* for Basic Education is “to exercise empathy, dialogue, conflict resolution and cooperation by making oneself respected and by promoting respect to others and to human rights, by embracing and valuing the diversity of individuals and social groups, their knowledge, identities, cultures and potentialities and by avoiding any kind of prejudice.” (in https://unesdoc.unesco.org/ark:/48223/pf0000263831)
