During the recent Covid-19 pandemic and the mobility restriction policies that followed, one of the greatest difficulties faced by the offices responsible for international academic relations within the University of São Paulo was the repatriation of Brazilian students who applied for return from their host countries, as well as those foreign students in Brazil who wished to return to their home countries.
